We know it can be scary walking into a new church, not knowing anyone. Maybe you have never been in a church. That's ok, we will make it easy!  Below we walk you through  each part of Lifecoast on Sunday morning.   It is our desire that you feel the presence of God and nothing hinders that. If you want to drop us a line we will even look for you and introduce you to someone you can sit with. No one is going to embarass you or make you feel like you don't belong. Everyone belongs no matter what your life journey has looked like. "God stands at the door and knocks, if ANYONE opens the door he will come in!"  So come on by!

                                                                  Welcome to Lifecoast church

                                                                  Picture
We have been praying for you before you even stepped into Lifecoast Church. We pray God is drawing you to Him and to Lifecoast Church. Dress however you feel comfortable, but if you want to "fit in" easily, just come in casual clothes. You will fit right in with your favorite pair of jeans and a t-shirt. "God doesn't look at the outer appearance, but at the heart!" (1 Samuel 16:7)

                                                                  Get Connected!

                                                                  Picture
When you first come in you will notice a connection table straight ahead. Say "hi" to DeDe or Dree.  They can assist you with any questions. If you sign a blue card and leave it with them you will get a free "Lifecoast"  travel mug or coffee cup. You can also sign up for  the next  "Meet & Greet" to get to know the pastors. You will find information of our beliefs and upcoming events on the table.  You'll also find out about Bible studies in peoples' homes and ways to get connected and meet friends. Just ask!

                                                                   Coffee!!!!!!

                                                                  Picture
The foyer will be bustling with people, laughing and connecting.  Make a point to come a little early so you can grab a cup of coffee and maybe a donut!  The bathrooms have very easy access. They are right when you come in to the right in the foyer. We also have wheel chair accessibility. When you hear the music start you know the service is starting.

Kids Registration for " Kidz Church & Nursery"

                                                                  Picture
When you walk in you will see the registration table to your left. They will need your child's name and age and if they have any allergies. Your child will receive  a name tag. Verify your digits and please have the same parent who signs them in pick them up. At the end of the service when you go to pick up your child in either the Nursery Church Room or the Cafeteria.  This is to ensure their safety.  The Cafeteria is across the courtyard and you will see signs directing you there.  All adults that work with our children have been background checked for safety.

"Kidz Church"      4 years old through 6th grade

                                                                  Picture
After you have registered your child they may sit with you during the worship segment of church or sit with new friends in the "Kidz Church seating. That is located in the front right part of the auditorium. You can also sit with them there.  After a portion of the worship they will be dismissed with a church prayer. The leaders will bring them to the Cafeteria where they will learn about Gods love for them in a fun, exciting environment. Look under our "Kidz Connections & Kidz Church" section for more information about the program.

"Nursery Church"       Newborn through 4 years old.

                                                                  Picture
If you choose to place your child in our "Nursery Church" go through the double doors into the auditorium and out  the front right doors.  This will take you out to the beautiful courtyard. Follow the signs to the nursery.   Someone will greet you at the door. You are welcome to stay with your child until you both are comfortable. If your child gets upset and we can not calm them down we will flash your digits on the corner of the worship screen or text you (please put phone on vibrate!)  for you to be able to come get them.  We will not let a child cry more than a few minutes.  If you have to get your child and they are too disruptive to take into the service you can watch the rest of the service from the foyer monitor.

                                                                  Worship & Giving

                                                                  Picture
Worship at Lifecoast is exciting and passionate. It is  not about the band or singers. It is all about God!!  Our goal is, when you are comfortable,  to become  a participant  rather than a spectator. Our goal is for you to really feel God's presence.  No one is going to make you do anything. You can be as involved or uninvolved as you like.  You will see a wide spectrum of ways people worship. Some worship to themselves and others are more expressive.  You will find some people raising their hands towards God, clapping their hands and swaying to the music and others just taking it in. You do however God leads you!  We love when people express their love toward God in worship, as long as they do not take the focus off of God.

GIVING:  Part of our worship is giving back to God as a "thank you" for all he has given to us. There is a time in the service that a basket goes around to give. This is a time for those who call Lifecoast their home to give out of worship to God. If you are a guest please do not feel pressure to give. No one will notice if you allow the basket to pass by you, The offering goes to community outreaches, helping those in need, missions and every day operations of Lifecoast church.  If you want to know more about our finances and our budget, that information is available.

                                                                  Communion & Crosses & Prayer

                                                                  Picture
We have provided a few different ways that you can respond to God during the service. We do this to make worship interactive and to allow God to lead you in your journey.

PRAYER: At anytime during worship you can come up to kneel before God and pray. If you want someone to pray over you or with you people are available on the front center row.

CROSSES: We also have crosses set up at the front sides to place any concerns, needs and prayers on as a "symbol" of giving them over to God.  During the week the staff prays through all the prayer requests.

COMMUNION: During worship we have communion tables available at the front. At anytime during the worship, if you feel led,  communion is available. Simply come down to receive the elements. You can take them back to your seat or participate at the table.

                                                                  The Messages

                                                                  Picture
The  messages  are all Biblically based first and foremost. The Bible is the manual to Life!  We take those Biblical truths and we make them understandable and applicable to your every day life. We won't speak over your head or make you feel stupid. But we also won't dumb down the Scripture and only teach the "light stuff."  Even the most complex, difficult things can be made easier to understand.  We talk about struggles and victories and how to work through them and praise God in them.  You will be challenged and encouraged, inspired and convicted. Our goal is that you never leave the same as you walked in.  That you leave charged up and ready to live your week for God!

We do series preaching. We may do a book of the bible for a few weeks or months  and then a topic on a Biblical matter as God leads, like marriage, forgiveness, or finances.  God has brought many great teachers at Lifecoast.  If you are looking for a one man show Lifecoast is not it.   Pastor Mike, our lead pastor, shares the stage with those he feels God desires to use to teach His Word, and others who are being trained for ministry. So you will find that Lifcoast has many different speakers fill the pulpit.

At the end of a service there is often a challenge.  You will find some people come forward for prayer and to respond to what  God is doing in their heart.. This is also a time that people ask to come into a relationship with God through Jesus Christ.

                                                                  Bread  & Books

                                                                  Picture
We are a family and we want to help and care for one another. For that reason, we have bread available to those  who need it and for you to take it to your neighbors and show them the love of Christ. We also have a lending book table out front after the service for you to borrow great christian books and be inspired.  This is all a way of loving each other  and sharpening each other.  Say "hi" to Susan at the book table.

A Family that Celebrates, Serves, Grows and Multiplies together!
